Krum ISD Accountability

House Bill 5 (HB 5) of the 83rd Texas Legislature Regular Session added Section 39.0545 to the Texas Education Code (TEC). TEC § 39.0545 requires that each school district assign ratings of Exemplary, Recognized, Acceptable, Unacceptable or Not Applicable for the district and for each campus on both overall performance and each of nine factors related to community and student engagement.

Complaint and Grievance Forms 

Student or parent complaints shall be filed in accordance with policy FNG (LOCAL), except as required by KISD policy.

Per 19 Texas Administrative Code § 103.1207, you may appeal an ejection from a District campus by filing a grievance under the following Board Policies: DGBA (LOCAL), FNG (LOCAL), or GF (LOCAL)
