Welcome to Special Education!

I am so excited to be a Special Education teacher at Dodd Elementary. This is my 10th year in Krum ISD and the community support, amazing staff/faculty in the district, and the wonderful students, make this a dream job that I am so blessed and thankful for. 

 

I grew up in Bakersfield, CA and received my B.A. in Child Development from California State University, Bakersfield. In 2006 I moved to the wonderful state of Texas. I attended Sul Ross State University where I earned a Masters Degree in Education with a specialization in Special Education. 

 

I am looking forward to an amazing year and to see the growth in each student.  At Dodd Elementary, we are "The Greatest School on Earth" for the 2021-2022 school year!!
